Opening the Creative Field

June 16-21, 2025

A Special Week of Creativity, Celebration, and Community

  • Movement

  • Meditation

  • Spiritual Inquiry

Join Us

Calling all seekers, mystics, creatives, yogis, and healers. You’re invited to join Courtney and Sarah in the awe-inspiring Swedish countryside for 6 days and 5 nights of meditation, movement, and spiritual discovery.

In all creative endeavors, our internal guides can lead us to discoveries of the body, mind, and heart. We will slow down, be with nature, experience deep quiet, and open the creative field through a balance of internal cultivation and external celebration. Together we will use the practices of spiritual development, meditation, yoga, somatic embodiment, ritual, and reflection to open perception, connect to Self, and attune to our innermost creative selves.

In the spirit of celebration, we will have the unique opportunity to attend a traditional Swedish midsummer celebration in the local village in honor of the summer solstice. There will be plenty of time between sessions to relax and connect with yourself, each other, and the land—book a massage, swim in the sea, take a hike! Our meals will be fresh, organic, and local fare (mostly vegetarian with meat options available).

We hope you can join us for this special week of creativity, celebration, and community in Sweden.

Our retreat is small and intimate. By invite only.

Your guides

Sarah Beston

Sarah Beston is a yoga and meditation teacher, spiritual guide, writer, and is the former owner of The Greenhouse, a yoga and inner wellness studio in Palos Verdes, California.

Her offerings blend ancient wisdom with modern science while pulling from the traditions of yoga, spiritual healing, positive psychology, somatics, and mindfulness. In her teachings, Sarah promotes a welcoming and safe environment that realigns her students with the natural gifts within—vitality, strength, joy, and intuitive intelligence. She brings her love of dance and choreography to creative vinyasa flow sequences that, through refined attention to breath and mindful movement, connects individuals with the expansive freedom and potential of the body-mind-spirit connection. She believes a consistent practice offers the practitioner a pathway back to his or her own divine, radiant nature.

Sarah holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Spirituality and Mind Body Practice from Columbia University. She is an instructor at Columbia Business School’s Venture for All program, where she teaches courses on spiritual entrepreneurship and venture creation.
